Tata Group is an Indian multinational conglomerate company. It encompasses seven business sectors: communications and information technology, engineering, materials, services, energy, consumer products and chemicals. Tata Group was founded in 1868 by Jamsetji Tata as a trading company.

TRIL is currently focused on the development of: real estate, internal group assets, available market opportunities, urban infrastructure, airports, special economic zones, bridges, logistics parks, and ports, as well as large scale integrated developments, and retail and commercial projects in the real estate sector.

Tata Projects has expertise in executing large and complex industrial infrastructure projects. The company operates through 4 Strategic Business Units - Industrial Infrastructure, Urban Infrastructure, Quality Services and Utility Services.
