SWEN Capital Partners was formed from the merger of the OFI AM and Federal Finance Gestion (FFG) multi-management and unlisted teams. The firm invests in private equity, private debt and infrastructure, mainly in Europe.

With €4.0 billion of assets under management across the Private Equity, Private Debt and Infrastructure asset classes, SWEN Capital Partners deploys its investment strategy through "Primary" transactions (GP selection and commitment), "Secondary" transactions (acquisition of individual LP positions or fund portfolios), and "Co-Investments" (direct minority investments alongside GP partners via equity or mezzanine financing).
