PN Hoffman is one of Washington’s premier developers of urban residential and mixed-use neighborhood transformations. Since its formation in 1993, PNH has successfully completed over 35 projects including the first LEED Certified residential high rise in Washington. The company completed the first LEED Certified residential high rise in Washington DC, The Alta, leading the way with innovative solutions, and all new projects have ‘green’ influence in design and operation.
