IFM is a world leading investment manager with over A$39 billion in funds under management across four asset classes in three of the world's largest pension markets. IFM manages portfolios across listed equities, private equity, infrastructure and debt via a global team based in Australia, North America and Europe.

IFM's infrastructure funds are open end funds with a diversified and growing portfolios. IFM invests in core infrastructure assets with strong market positions, high barriers to entry, limited demand elasticity and long lives. In many cases, target assets will also have a link to inflation, through revenues, costs or debt structures and a linkage to economic growth.
