EcoRodovias is a Brazilian intermodal logistic company focused on highway concessions and associated services. The company operates also back-up areas, bonded warehouses, distribution centers, port terminals, and holding interests in other companies engaged into the services related to its core business.

Currently the company has five highway concessions and 17 logistics units and is the major shareholder of STP - Sem Parar/Via Fácil and a payment system company that provides services of toll road payment, parcking payment and others.

In 2010, the company's strategy was reinforced through the acquisition, via Elog, the group's logistics arm, of a portion of Grupo Colúmbia's operations, which allowed it to incorporate 14 distribution centers throughout southern and southeastern Brazil.

EcoRodovias is now one of the main logistics infrastructure companies in Brazil, operating in five states in the Brazilian South and Southeast, with approximately 6,000 employees, six highway concessions and 15 logistics units.
