Concert Infrastructure Ltd.

Company description

Concert Infrastructure was created as an affiliate of Concert Properties, a Canadian real estate development and management company that has been in operation since 1989.

Now privately help by union and management pension plans, Concert Properties was originally established as an innovative response to the need for affordable rental housing in British Columbia.

In keeping with Concert Properties' mandate for continued growth, Concert Infrastructure was formed in 2010. Created through an enthusiastically-subscribed rights offering to existing shareholders, the formation of Concert Infrastructure was a strong endorsement of the team's ability to form successful partnerships in the pursuit of municipal and provincial infrastructure projects across Canada. Specialized infrastructure investment and development teams within Concert Infrastructure are complimented by the highly-skilled design-build, facilities management and marketing resources within Concert Properties.
