Concay S.A. is an engineering and construction company, controlled by the businessman Luis Fernando Carrillo Caycedo. It was incorporated in 1980 for construction, operation and maintenance of road infrastructure in Colombia. Based in Bogotá, it owns the construction project of San Gil bypass, in Santander department. In Addition, it operates Al Mar 1 highway, in Antioquia department, through Concesionaria Desarrollo Vial al Mar S.A.S. and Pasto-Rumichaca highway en Nariño department through Estructura Plural SAC 4G.
